Homebrew Switch wont turn on after being powered off in standard mode

I just bought a jailbroken switch and I thought I would load into the standard switch mode and log in to my account and connect to wifi but when I held down the power trying to take it back into rcm mode it ended up staying as a black screen and not turning back on, when I connect the switch to my PC it says The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunction and it makes a sound as if its been connected and when I hold the power button again it will disconnect from my PC and then it will make a sound again and pop the same message up when I press and hold the volume button
does anyone know how to fix this issue

you shouldnt touch with out knowing wht you are doing most probably your switch is on autorcm and you dont have switch drivers installed on your pc thats why gave that error

The person i bought it from told me auto rcm wasn't enabled as well I installed the drivers and restarted my PC and it still doesn't detect my switch
