I changed my settings to dmnt_always_save_cheat_toggles = u8!0x0
and I copied that from D:\atmosphere\config_templates to D:\atmosphere\config but it still enables all of the cheats, I also deleted it from config_templates but nothing.

Get his newer App the AIO- it has a menu that enables exclusion of cheat updates. This app isn't being updated anynore I don't believe
