You can use guiformat or Minitool partition wizard to partition the SD card.

the switch works again with the old SD card but I can only boot in CFW, the option OFW is not there.
What do I need to change in the hekate_ipl.ini file?
this is what i have now

but it looks like your Sysnand CFW and OFW are using the same Nand.

Not sure if it actually help much anyway if your sysnand CFW and OFW are the same, you can't go online with OFW if your OFW is dirtied with Sysnand CFW

It depends on what you want to do, as SysCFW and OFW shared the same NAND so if you want to play online you probably would get banned

A nand backup prior to installing pirated game, if you never made a backup of your clean nand before you started installing pirated game, you are out of luck.

yes, wen it was new and sx core was installed

What you need to do is restore that Nand and create a separate emunand partition to keep cfw stuff on emunand and stock for online
