Super Mario 64 Plus for 3DS Port

I was wondering if there's a way to somehow combine the two forks of Mario 64 (3ds port fork and SM64Plus) into one that I can play on my 2DS XL as a CIA file? Can anyone steer me in the right direction to do so?

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
