ROM Hack Successful savegame transfers between PC and Switch

Thought it worth maintaining a master list of games that can have saves transferred between PC and Switch. Feel free to reply with others you've had success with, I'll try to update the main post. PM me to make sure I notice your addition. If you can, specify which versions of the game on each platform as well as any other caveats.

Divinity works, there's even a guide on Gbatemp.
Steam cross-save does work behind 90dns for me. Maybe this could be patched (someone created a patch for Witcher 3 to work on consoles using 90dns/banned).

Diablo 3 on PC is strictly online only with save stored in server so there is no way to transfer this save to Switch.

Fairy fencer Advent dark force works with pc save as well.

Stardew can transfer between switch to PC as long as you have version 1.4.4 on PC. Harvest with scythe mod also still works if you transfer the save with it active.

For some reason I did not see this reply, this works on both. While i do not recommend messing with sysNand if you are not banned, i do not see a reason why It would not.

I think i might make a google doc so we can keep track of the compatibility list there.

*EDIT*
Looking back at the list on the OP DQ11 would not of worked due to the switch having DQ11 S, but from what I understand that is also slated for release on steam. Ill try to make my way down the list, i think i own most of the games on there if not ill see if I can get them on the steam sale.

I have not tired yet, but i do have the game on steam. Ill get the switch version and let you know.
