Streetpass isn’t working!

So my streetpass game hasn’t been working for 3 months and I wanna know how can I fix it and will I lose progress if I somehow recover it.

The error says “An exception occurred “ Processor: Arm11 (core 1)
Exception type: undefined instruction
Current process: loader (0000000000000000)

Any ideas on how to fix this? I just wanna play Flower Town again :(

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
