Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric Dev Build Trouble

Hello everyone,
Just this morning a dev build of Sonic Boom was found and I was curious to try it out so I can document its differences and potentially speedrun route. Only problem is, it uses title and disc keys that are incompatible with pretty much every single program I tried. Is there anyone who could find out how to dump it to Cemu or as a Wii U WUP installable file, it would be greatly appreciated.

As for playing it, leave that to me, I'm the masochist here lol

I'm no expert, but it's likely dev encrypted or something. I don't know if retail Wii U can install dev stuff like retail 3DS can.
