Snowrunner - mod-browser with hacked switch

Hello,

Snowrunner now officially supports mods on Nintendo Switch. I have a Switch with Atmosphere and 90DNS. I also have all the Nintendo URLs in /atmosphere/hosts. I can't access mod.io or use the mod browser in Snowrunner.
I know from an unmodded Switch that you have to enter an email address the first time you open the modbrowser to use it. This field does not appear on my Switch, probably because I block all possible Nintendo URLs.

Where do you have to put the mods on the SD card, which you can also download on mod.io via PC?

Have you tried sd:/mods and Simple Mod Manager?

e: there’s more to it than my initial thought.

Looks like it run on Unreal Engine and the mods are .pak files.

I’ve not dealt with these much but @masagrator wrote a tutorial for unpacking them so I’m going to give it a go and see if I can get one of the new vehicle mods working.

If I’m reading this right, I might be able to just copy the .pak over as is and place it in romfs/01003310159F8000/Content/Paks

e: I’m pretty sure I’m not reading that right. Still digging…

Do you have a link to the thread? I’d love to learn more but my phones browser seems to not like translating that site
