I managed to update Snes9x EX+ 1.5.37 which is available in the Google Play store.

Release notes:
- Updated the Snes9x core to version 1.60
- The cheat system has not been modified/updated
- Changed the version from Snes9x EX+ 1.5.38-beta to Snes9x EX+ 1.5.38
- Commits Snes9x until: Fix out-of-bounds memory access. (Sour via byuu)
