Hacking Hardware Restoring Flash says "Restoring failed" after trying to restore my R4i RTS flashcart

When I tried to do "Restore Flash" it gave me this error, what should I do?

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
