Hi everyone,
I am having some issues with nds-bootstrap when running my DS-games using forwarders from the home menu. For this reason, I would like to try and repair the installation or reinstall nds-bootstrap. Maybe the nds-forwarder as well. I believe something has gone wrong with a config file or something since I am not able to bring up the Y menu when starting a forwarded nds.
It did not help deleting nds-bootstrap and ntr_forwarder.ini. Also, it did not help deleting what I think is all related nds-bootstrap and forwarder files (including nds-bootstrap and ntr_forwarder.ini) from _nds folder among a few other places and reinstalling. The Y button still doesn't bring up the menu
Does anyone know of a way to revert nds-bootstrap to when the Y button menu worked? I know the button itself is functional. I have tested it
Thanks in advance
SOLVED: I managed to uninstall nds-bootstrap and the forwarder by deleting the following:
Root:
_nds folder
Inside 3ds folder:
ndsForwarder.3dsx
forwarder (dir)
However, after reinstallation I found out that the issue was related to a cartridge being present in the cartridge slot while loading the forwarders
