Remap Buttons of 3rd Party Controllers

I've got a miadore N64 Controller and a Retroflag Classic USB Gamepad both work out of the box with the Nintendo Switch.

But I'm not able to remap the buttons. I can remap the buttons for my Nintendo Switch Pro Controller and for the Joycons but when I try to remap the buttons of the miadore or the Retroflag controller the config menu tells me "You cannot change the buttonlayout for this controller".

I have a hacked switch. Is there a way to remap the 3rd party controllers?

mission-control is for bluetooth controllers i have 2 USB controllers. I found sys-con but the documentation for xinput is almost non present

Did you ever find a solution to this? I'm trying to use sys-con but I'm not even sure it supports anything but xbox or playstation controllers. Totally obsolete now if that's the case considering mission control exists for bluetooth controllers.

What about remapping a wireless GameCube-styled Switch Pro Controller ? Would it need the Magic NS thing or whatnot ?

The thing is, I can't remap my controller since it's a third-party. I can connect it to the Switch tho.

Magic NS doesn't allow remap, the magic NS allow other console controllers to connect

Tried it, didn't work. Trying to find another solution.
