Ran patcher.bat, it said file successfully patched but it deleted itself. How do I do wrong?

After i did the patcher.bat thing it deleted the .cia file. Did I do something wrong as i did everything else right?

So.... I know this is reallllly old by now, BUT this is the only mod for May that has the blue colour swap, could by chance you upload the files to patch our own? (Just the May model files? so we could patch it ourselves)

Busty May ? makes no sense, only busty Serena makes sens! but then again making sense doesn't matter in your own world

I know this is old, but is there no way to play it anymore? I did everything it said to do right but it deleted the CIA after patching it.
