Okay that's 100% my setup xD are you using other codes in combination? What if you just use the 100% scout code? Is it working then?

Was using other codes as well, but tried scout only too and it's the same result.

Here's what I'm doing, maybe I just miss out on a step: Start Boot NTR and choose 3.6 -> start game and load the save -> press select -> enabe cheats -> scroll to battle codes -> turn on scout 100% -> leave menu by pressing B

Could you send me your savestate? Maybe there's something I'm missing and your address for scouting is different because of some reason inside your savestate. I would then try to claim the same error, and solve it ^^

Yeah, woud appreciate that. It will have to wait until tomorrow morning tho since I haven't slept in the past 30-ish hours and desperately need some now.

The plugin folder must be created by you on the root of your sd card.and in the "plugin" folder their must be the title id of the game you want to cheat with the plugin. example for dqmj3 is folder name:"000400000016AD00" <- This is the name of the folder in the plugin directory. (the title id
is different by every game)

Sd/plugin/000400000016AD00/plugin.plg


Then you have to start boot ntr (not the boot ntr mode 3)
(If you dont have boot ntr, you can find it on google as .cia format and simply install it with fbi)
Start boot ntr and
Wait until its finished, then start the game, if the loading screen is flashing green youve done all correctly

Then press "select"

I tryed your safestate @ home... and.. it works O.o
I don't know what it is that makes your setup other than mine...
the only thing i noticed was, that the battle scope did not disappear after battle... thats one thing i'll definitely have a look on...
but the scouting went as supposed... commenced scouting -> gauge instant 100%, one attack and finished...
and nothing i tried resulted in non woking code...
i even disabled the englich patch data etc...
i really dont know what more to do...

Hello, I've installed the boot ntr (not the boot ntr mode 3), copied the bin file to the sd. All went just fine. the loading screen is flashing green when I open the game, but after the logo of SE it's just black screen.

where? on the bottom screen or both?
and i'd recommend to use BootNTR Selector.
it updates itself and you can choose which NTR-CFW to run. (you'll need 3.6 for this plugin)

That's weird. Is there like a button or something else additionally I need to press? I'm gonna take a screenshot of the menu when I get home so that you can see how it looks like on my end. Maybe I'm still missing something after all.

No.. There shouldn't be anything that has to be done additionally...
It should be just:
Start BootNTR Selector, choose 3.6, start game, load savestate, press select, activate cheats, enable 100% scouting, go back to game, start fight, commerce scout, enjoy...

Okay... That's strange...
It may be that the plugin tries to load data where no data exists...
I'll rework the plugin in the next couple of days and see, if this is the problem.
Does the game crash (with error message) or just black screen?

Okay, thanks a lot! Just black screen. The wierd thing is that if I push x+y it opens the ntr cfw, but if i select to turn off or anything it freezes. The only way is to turn off the 3ds pushing the power button
