Rehosting/Cheatcodes Event-Pokemon in [USUM]

Hello folks,

I missed a lot of Event-Mons back then and Id like to know if there was a way to rehost the event for yourself (that was possible for older gens) or if there are Cheatcodes to get the exact same Mons, without having issues with them in any way (never cheated so I wouldnt know lol).

Nintendo also wants to make the Pokemon Bank completely free in a couple of weeks, I wonder if there is a possibility for them to press the button an re-release all Event-Mons? Maybe they found their heart or something... I also got the issue, that I never downloaded the Pokemon Bank on my n2dsXL and for some reason I cant access the eshop, any suggestions what I can do here?

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
