Hacking Homebrew Recompile unpacked Unity game?

I unpacked a Switch Unity game which gave me a "Data" folder with assets etc. I then used AssetRipper on this "Data" folder to extract it all. I modified some files, and now I'm wondering how to put it back to a normal Data folder, and then make a patch from that. Thanks for any advice.

Seems to be for recompiling and made for modding specifically, but not sure if it works for Switch games.

I have used it to create many Chinese fan translation patchs

Thank You so much for the hookup, after using DeUnity and trying to find ways to create a Uncensored mod Needy Streamer Overdose nintendo switch version, this is a defo need! also it includes a tool to modify the addressables too and make your own 👀
