I wouldn't say the wiiu failed, unless it's from a commercial standpoint. it's a damn fine emulation machine, just like the vita, which also failed. it's something you probably won't ever get with the switch unless you exploit the system. however, you have several emulators compacted into the wiiu that can run most games.
