Hacking Hardware Questions regarding battery replacement on V1 Switch with Atmosphere

Hi all,

I would like to replace the battery in my V1 Switch and I have a technical question.
If I remove the battery from the console, and install the new one, it will boot into rcm (auto rcm is enabled, I have atmosphere 1.3.2. ) or it will boot into OFW?
I do not use hekate I start boot from pc with fusee.
Sorry for the noob question.

Have you completed the replacement? I was thinking of doing the same and was wondering if the new improved battery is suitable for the V1 Switch?

You won't get V2 benefit by putting a battery into a V1 board.

Its the CPU thats more efficient. It uses less power so battery life is longer. Swapping the battery would only help your v1 battery life if your current battery is dying or its one of the smaller ones that some units have. You wont get mariko battery saving though :/

Looks normal.
