Homebrew Emulation Question about moving Xenoblade 3 save data from emulator to Switch

I began my playthrough of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 on yuzu a couple days ago, but I want to move my save data onto my Switch when it officially releases (I already pre-ordered the game + bought the DLC pass).

My Switch is already modded (strictly for custom Smash Bros. skins, no piracy/illegal activity) and I'm familiar with the process of moving the save over (JKSV), but I'm more concerned if it will result in a ban on my console. What is the safest way of going about this?

No issues should arise, just start the game and create a save on the console, then replace that save and reinject, should be good to go

Can you comfortably go online on OFW with that save after doing this?
