Emulation Question About 3DS Emulator Performance

Does anyone have any experience with using the 3DS emulator on PC vs on Switch? I was just wondering which has better performance and/or compatibility. Also, which 3DS emulators would you guys recommend for PC and Switch?

ive only played metal gear solid 3 and bravely default, mgs3 ran horribly and wouldnt get over like 12 fps, bravely default however was smooth as hell so i think it just depends on the game, and also unless im mistaken im pretty sure there is only one 3ds emulator on switch and that is citra

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
