Clean master is placebo. If your phone is Lollipop or above, Android itself has fine memory management.

That's the thing! You don't need to worry about memory management nor do you have to do it manually. Just let your phone take care of it by itself.

Every Android version has RAM management, otherwise the system wouldn't work at all. Since the beginning of time, those "RAM Cleaner", "Memory booster", "CPU booster", "Game booster", hell, anything booster or cleaner, has been placebo. The only real way to make a difference is by tweaking kernel settings, which requires root.

Most ROMs have a decent management, at worst, it is overaggressive (which is bad), so let it do its job.

Sadly I need Facebook Messenger to communicate with some friends, family, and classmates, but don't worry, I hate it too. Especially since it became a Snapchat clone.
