This isn't from nintendo. That's what everybody means when they say "fake".
These images are computer-generated, and while they are amazing and the device depicted is interesting in all sorts of ways, they don't reflect anything official. This was not made by nintendo and does not reflect anything from, by, for, at, or copulating with nintendo.
And yes, the image seems to depict anti-aliasing.being able to anti-alias the DS's screen indicates that device has a lot of power, in order to scale to 2x and then filter down each frame. If it's not done purely in the video hardware a device like that might be powerful enough to do N64. Man, if he had posted a shot of it doing an N64 game people would have freaked.
