If you look at say apple macbook(and modern electronics in general), quite some space is occupied by layers of battery. It provide much better battery life but not easily swappable.

The large gray block on the left is the nvidia shield's battery. I'm guessing it'll be close to this in size.

well i doubt they'll pull an apple and use 0.1mm different screws that destroy the device if mixed up but electonics in general have been shunning repair ability for some time now

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
