It's a plg, so no. However, you can use Gateshark2NTR too to input your own codes into your own cheat menu.

i have a old 3ds xl with a 16gb sd card and i want to use hacks for the sun and moon demo. i still play the oras demo and i am looking for hacks for both but i don't want to trade my 3ds for a n3ds if i won't get my games and my save from my pokemon y and omega ruby. i selled all my wii u game and old wii game so i can preorder pokemon sun but i hate waiting and i am sick of the same demo pokemons and trainers. if you find a way to make it work for old 3ds let me know.

It's never gonna work for O3DS. There is something called NTR Mode 3 that is meant to work for extended memory ram games like S&M, but it's not working nor is it being worked on.

3DS Homebrew? That's a whole different topic, you'd first need some type of exploit (browserhax, smashhax, oot3dhax) but it depends on your system version that'll give you certain options to attain Homebrew access.

I have a N3DS thats on the current firmware. Anyway to downgrade it? F*cking Nintendo upgraded it when I got the screen fixed. If not, anyway to use NTR on sysnand? Or package the codes into a cia to use on my o3ds? Gateshark codes don't work on CFW (or i don't know how to use them) and they won't work with the Demo on Citra
