can anyone help with a code for default levels that can be use with default encounters so they spawn with at the level they should be please?

Is anyone else having issues with the size modifier codes (e.g. XXXL, XXXS) for v1.3.0? I see that the new code for XXXL, 04000000 00CC4BEC 52801FE1, follows a similar format to the v1.2.0 XXXL one where it's the same hex code for hidden ability mod but you replace the last line with "52801FE1", so I'm not sure why it's no longer working for this update. Wondering if anyone else is having issues or finding success with the updated code.
