Also, why was the overworld shiny code removed? Just using the encounter mod to force shinies isn't working, and makes shiny eevees at best.

Edit: Scratch that, apparently after resetting it works. Rather inconvenient. The 6IV codes were accidentally reversed.

I just made the update to 1.0.1 for violet.
Now when I open the EdiZon overlay and press "A" to enter the list of cheats, the EdiZon overlay just dissapears. Did a fresh reinstall, still the same problem. What am I doing wrong?

Ok found the solution, was using EdiZon ovl 1.0.0, replaced it with 1.0.3, now everything's back to normal

Just finished making the full Paldean Dex in PKHex, took me awhile as I then had to put them into Paldean Dex number, as files when saved go into National Dex number.
I will be writing the PKHex step by step guide for the forum tomorrow and uploading the dex files and guide on the OP
Will explain everything, even batch editing for multiple mons

It was explained multiple times in this thread, if you catch the pokemon with your trainer id, it won't be foreign, because you are the trainer who catched it. So you have to change your TID first and change it back afterwards.
Or as the post above advised, just use pkhex.

exactly if you hover over that pokemon in pkhex and see STATIC ENCOUNTER rather than WILD encounter that means just what you think it does the encounter is set and cant be altered just like a shiny lock its hard coded in.

It being flagged by PKHex as static encounter just means that PKHex couldn't find in its database of world spawns any that was possible for that pokemon but found a static encounter that matched its data. And for anything other than raids you can change anything that could be different in the static encounter without PKHex detecting it as illegal; this usually (but not always) includes IVs, nature, and gender.

As for why you can't change a raid pokemon, PKHex can figure its seed from the pokemon, and then check every attribute of the pokemon from the seed. Thus, it will detect any change to the raid pokemon at all unless you replace all its attributes at once with new ones calculated from another valid raid seed. It's unlikely Nintendo itself will check the pokemon to that extent, but they could if they wanted.

Hello! I have a problem, and maybe some of you guys can help me. If so, that'd be awesome!

So, I get stuck on the menu shown in the picture above every single time I try to open the homebrew menu while playing Pokemon Violet, unable to do anything but hold down the power button for like 15 seconds and load hekate. I’d like to activate cheats, however it doesn’t seem like I can. I haven’t tested other games yet, however, I can open the homebrew menu on the home screen while not running any games. I’ll test other games and edit this with the outcome.View attachment 340403

Is anyone able to help me fix this so that I can use cheats?
