PC Stuck On Scanning And Repairing Drive Screen In Windows 10

My PC got stuck on Scanning and Repairing Drive after I installed Cyberpunk 2077 from Steam. Does anyone know what is causing this issue? And what can be done to solve it? Please share your thoughts about this issue in your own words.

So it's stuck at boot? can you boot into safe mode?

Check the drive health, typically it would require a scan on the next boot if you leave the computer on for a long time.

I canceled the scan and performed solution 5 from this article. However, it seems to be a temporary solution to my problem. Can anyone suggest another solution to this problem?

Check if your hard drive is dying first.

The status should be "Good". Otherwise, it's dying and you should eventually replace it before it gets corrupted.
