I am looking for Offline Alternative for BannerBomb3 which I think it is possible since it only build the file. Like is there a .exe file can do this? And also I am looking for Bruteforce Movable alternative which requires mining for some reason.

Unfortunately there's no other alternative from what I am aware of.
Also, sharing "bruteforce movable" files aren't allowed.

For versions 1.0.0 to 11.3 the Soundhax/Universal Otherapp method works fast, reliable and offline.
For version 11.4 to 11.13 you would have to setup local versions of the browser exploits
Beyond that… you would have to setup Seedminer and more to manually create things (no idea if there are any manuals on that). Is it worth the hassle?
Fastest and version independent offline method is ntrboot (which is also the only method I use for installing B9S).
