Nintendont, c stick not working

So, recently i started playing gamecube games on my wii, using nintendont and a generic Usb Gamepad, and when i was playing Paper Mario, i was going to see the mailbox thing, so i selected a message and to pogress the text of the message you need to point the c stick down i think, so i thought that the c stick was the right joystick on my gamepad, but when i tried pointing it down, it doesn't seem to work, i tried all of the buttons of my gamepad but nothing works, and when i closed the menu, i tried pointint the joystick down, and then mario jumped, like i was pressing the jump button, i tried going to the computer to see the controller.ini files, but i don't understand anything, here is how it looks like

I also tried other games but is the same issue, until now, this isn't much of a problem, but i'm planning to download luigi's mansion, then it is going to be a problem
