The Kernel is basically the 3DS one but re-written(from what I heard), it said its based on FreeBSD because of some small stuff on its kernel that comes from it(I think, if someone can clear things up, thanks

Yeah I read that, but I also recall reading that it still had something from FreeBSD, but idk maybe my mind is playing with me
True, nmap on Switch gives me FreeBSD so the network parts must be from there...
