nintendo switch no response

hello no response on nintendo switch
When I unplug the Nand the USB charging draws power, when I plug it into the computer it shows up as APX. green light blinks 1 time when i plug it into the dock no response other than that
(The capacitors I marked in red are short circuited.)

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
