Hardware Nintendo switch missing 3.3v rail.

Hi Guys,
I'm missing 3.3v rail on the +7760 near the 2 big caps.

3.3v


I'm getting like 0.056mv and it does not rise.

Does anyone know where the 3.3v is created.

I've even replaced the M92t36 to see if that is the one but nothing the problem persists.

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
