Hardware New EZ Flash DE Not working properly

I just got this flashcart installed newest kernel and firmware and can load roms onto just fine
I just cant change tabs with L or R like I'm supposed to I cannot access the options menu nor the NORFlash cannot even add the option of add ons to my roms what I am doing wrong please help

Dramatically, there is a user in the Chinese user group who has the exact same problem as you.

Then he ran Mario Cart once and shutdown the console, then he found his LR works fine, I suggest you try it too.
