ok i have been at this for a few days and need help figuring out how to make responsive imgs

what im asking is why cant i get #logo-img centered and changing with the screen size am i just missing something i dont have much knowledge on rwd yet and need help

the logo is changing size (in both width and height, to keep aspect ratio), and correctly loading the different media css based on the screen width.

maybe I don't understand what you want to do.

what would look better is if <main> could start right after <header>.
currently, main starts at a fixed height from the top of the page (logo-img height is a fixed 300px), making an empty area between the header and main if the image loaded in logo-img is smaller than logo-img's height.
that's maybe the intended effect.

thanks i figured it out before reading this and am thinkg about starting over due to the fact it is now having overflow issues
