My SD card files got corrupted and i had to format it - what to do now?

As stated in the title of the thread, my SD card died a few minutes ago, i was pasting a .cia file and it simply crashed, shit got all corrupted and it had to be formatted (it's working just fine now by the way).
I lost all of the homebrew files on it and i didn't made any backup.
I simply have no idea of what i should do now; do i need to do the homebrew all over again? If so, how do i uninstall what is left on the 3DS?
