Hardware my Ezflash Omega DE seems broken

Hello i bought ezflash omega de and it works good for a few hours.
but now, it display nothing but Gameboy logo with nintendo logo, and EZ-FLASH logo.
I tried format my sd-card. and I tried to load ezflash pack without sd-card. but same.(I remember there is "no sd-card" alert)
It is broken? Should I get an exchange?

+ I tried firmware update, but there was no reaction

I fixed it. I think there was a gap. sorry...
I put my business card into the gap and it worked well.

Hmm, I never noticed a gap before. Can you share a picture of where you placed the paper? I wonder if maybe some screws are loose. Have you tried to tighten them, maybe they are too tight? I would take the housing off, clean it with warm soapy water and a toothbrush. That may correct the gap.

Other question: do you notice a gap with other carts? Maybe this is an issue with the cart, itself?

I fixed it finally... gap was in the cart...
I opened my ezflash and put some MTG card piece between board and package. It works well.
Thanks for your advice! Without your advice, I would have thought there was a gap in the gba.
