Gaming Mousetrap Operation Simon - ever dumped?

I was thumbing through Nintendo Power and found mention of this game entitled "Mousetrap/Operation/Simon":

While I thought every GBA game released was dumped, I can't seem to find it in the list. I also can't find any reviews of it online, so I have no idea whether this game is any good or not.

Was this game ever dumped? If so, what was the #? And if not, can anyone help me find any more info about it?

Any reason these titles are not dumped? It's over a year old. Surely someone has gotten a holf of it by now.

Damn, for a minute there I thought there might be a GBA version of the Atari classic mousetrap, but it's just the board game.

The whole point is the big layout, it'd be no fun as a gba game.

I want Atari mousetrap on the go! How bout an Atari ST emulator for the DS.

It could so handle it.
