Gaming Microsoft now banning modded 360's!

Hey all.
I just read over at xbox-scene
Xbox Scene that people are getting banned for having flashed firmwares and modchips etc. I was about to flash mine in a few weeks. I'm defiantly not going to now, i love my LIVE too much.

Hope this hasn't been posted before (i did do a quick search).
