As the title says, does there exist a MGS3D (metal gear solid 3 3DS) save editor that gives you all the titles, or no? Been trying to find one but cant find one

I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart. -
