Board is now fully assembled, added the ffc connector. Had to change the RGB led on this one so it's not as thin as it could be but that will get sorted in the next revision, as a bonus the sk6805-e-j led I plan to use will allow me to make it even smaller!. Gonna build some more and start shipping them out.

Thanks to all who messaged me offering to test, I'll start messaging a few of you about where to send them.

This project has progressed super quickly and I'm excited to see how it performs!
nice looking awesome :-)

These LEDs are really designed to be hotplated or ir reflow ovened but I don't have a reflow oven and was too lazy to get the hotplate out for one component
yeah i know , u can also do it with a hotair gun from the buttom thats what i usualy do

Been hard at work this weekend. Got all my PCBs assembled. 4 to go off to the people who have kindly offered to test them and one for me. I'm sure I can find some use for it

Make sure they're creditable people and don't include any "return address" or where they ship from.

No, This is just a general purpose dev board for fitting the RP2040 in cramped locations, it's not the right shape to fit in that space unfortunately

At a guess less than 10 bucks each including pcb. Rp2040s are cheap. Also all components can be ordered from lcsc so no looking in multiple places to source the components
I'm not good with SMD parts, can I have JLCPCB assemble the boards?
