Hacking Hardware Homebrew luma 3ds arm9 data abort, sd card has no files

Hi, I'm really desperate for help because I haven't gotten any answers and the sake of my 3DS being usable is in jeopardy.

I have a Japanese 3DS LL which is homebrewed, i region changed it to read in English, this failed and I panicked wiped my 3DS SD card because i thought when i reinserted it, it would recreate the files as regular like it would before it was homebrewed. this made things worse and now my 3ds cannot boot to the homescreen.

it only boots to Luma3ds and Godmode9. I've looked up many tutorials to try and fix this but it seems like nobody has had the same problem as me.
I don't have any backup installed on my computer and I feel like I'm doomed to never use my 3ds again.

the first try of getting into the Luma3ds screen it loads to "An exception occurred processor Arm 9 Exception type data abort."
keep in mind I have no files at all on my SD card.

Every restoration website I use required $60+ to recover everything I had and I'm starting to feel hopeless.
I took my problem to multiple forums on reddit and haven't received any help and I'm really desperate.

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
