Looking for somone who can Hardware mod my switch Lite in Europe, possibly Italy.

Pretty straight forward, as the title says, I have a Palkia and Dialga Special edition Switch lite and im really not into the modding scene at all, Im just looking for somone who can provide me the mod chip, install it (without ruining the esthetical condition of the switch or its durability), apply a video output mod if its possible, Im gonna pay for the components, the shipping, and the service itself. I would prefer somone who has a shop to have some warranty of not getting scammed, but its ok either way, we will discuss it. thanks in advance, feel free to share all your opinions and ideas

I haven't seen anyone do a video out hardware mod, but sys-dvr does it via software.

Yeah, but i saw it has a big delay. I just wwnted to record some footage tho, so it shouldnt be that much of a problem if i look on the switch Lite' screen while playing. Btw i saw this Katsukity guy made capture cards for ds, i should try to reach him in some way

They've been out of business for a few years afaik. There's probably someone in the world who could make it, but for the cost and difficulty of getting something custom made (rather than an already developed mod like the katsukity one was), you might be better off investing in a dockable Switch.
But yeah just for recording footage, sys-dvr should work fine.
