I'm having a tiny issue when trying to swap the default shiny with regular Pokemon in Let's Go Pikachu.
I am able to dump the textures and get them back into the game, but a couple of tests seem to look a bit off visually.
Example:
I swapped the textures for the basic and rare files on Gyrados (picture attached), as well as swapped the model for rare in the Models tab (picture attached.) When In the wild Gyrados shows as red but it's incredibly pale compared to the normal shiny (picture attached, randomized game.)
My question is a two-parter:
1. I am assuming it's a user error on my end. Is there anything I'm doing wrong that someone could point out? Am I missing another texture or model to be changed or something to tick off in Switch Toolbox? It could be something in the Shader location but I saw nothing labeled rare.
2. My end goal is to basically just swap the shiny and non-shiny Pokemon so the odds are "reversed." For example, the standard blue Gyrados becomes 1/4096 instead of the red shiny version.
Is there an easier way to do this? I'm going to use a mass renaming tool to handle the dirty work if I needed, but renaming and reimporting that many files is not ideal. I'm hoping someone smarter than me knows a way.
Maybe using pkNX could be better?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
