Hacking Question Lan play on emunand w/ 90dns + incognito

So i want to play online on my switch. Sysnand is clean still. emu has 90dns and incognito installed running the latest atmosphere and 9.2.0. Is it fine for me to use the lan play homebrew to play online?

Yeah it is lol Im just super paranoid and trying my best to not get banned bc i got banned on my first switch and then it bricked. Learned a lot with that one and now just taking precautionary measures. I should be okay though right to play lan? I only ask because I read sometimes the game may crash and send logs to nitty and i dont want my console id and such to leak

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
