Hardware Is [See picture] only a charger, or does it allow you to use the wireless controller wired?

The play and charge only charges the controller, it won't turn a wireless Xbox 360 controller into a wired controller unfortunately.

16.0.3 support was added into Atmospheré, so it should be alright, but I'd prefer sticking with a lower firmware version just to be safe. -
