Is it safe to swap batteries from a Markio switch to a hwfly switch OLED?

Alright, so since I had the repairman tell me the battery swap and max17050 chip replacement didn't fix this, he was able to (allegedly) fix the switch, So I'm gonna just ask this so I don't repeat the same mistake: was this caused by me using the ram overclock from switch-oc-suite? aside from clocking the ram to 1996.8 MHz i didn't overclock beyond what the regular sys-clk could... just thought I'd ask.

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
