Buy the real hardware 3ds system of each region

Import games from the region ya want. Download from google. install with fbi. Ya sure cannot use eshop since its locked to one regions locale.

The game I’m seeking I could not get via... unorthodox methods, so I thought to buy it before stores shut down and I figured might as well check the other region stores see if I can snatch some stuff before stores shut down.

Probably not possible at this point since you can't add funds. You should have done it before it partially stopped this year.

You would have needed a 3ds of that region or a virgin 3ds that never went online ever that was modded to the target region.

You cannot access other region stores as it is. So you are outta luck that way.

I still have funds in my account that’s why I thought to do it, I never use credit card or the likes anyway, always used eshop fund cards.

You can still add funds through March by linking your NNID with a Nintendo account.

Eshop is almost dead, you must better buy only phisical games, because as the others told you, you must buy consoles from another region for buy eur and jap games from eshop
