Hacking Ique Ds Lite and flash carts

Hi to everyone, new on this board. Greetings from Italy

Bought on ebay a refurbished ds lite with a custom shell “mushroom nintendo New York that is, actually, an Ique Ds (on boot)”. It works perfectly with original japanese carts and, from slot 2, reads gba carts and my flash omega. The problem is that non reads my slot 1 flash cards: ace3dsplus with standard kernel downloaded from r4-wood shop/site and an old old r4 revolution that i tested with original kernel, wood kernel and ysmenu.

Cards works perfectly on my other ds consoles

Can you suggest me a flash that works for sure for an Ique Ds Lite? Or a good kernel for my cards?

Done a research and seen that someone uses this console with a flash card, but it was some old old thread.

Flashme might be hard but seen as flash carts come from China then they tended to work with the Chinese model of DS.
Some manufacturers had cheaper Chinese models of flash cart that would fail if you tried to use them in English mode/kernels but I had not heard of it going the other way.

I could see a path to some of them maybe not working but that is odd.

Hopefully someone has a better suggestion that you can still find for a reasonable price.

In other words... i use my ezflash omega and flashme to inject a custom firmware, via port 2, in my ique ds lite and at this point it will read my r4 and ace3ds plus, via port 1?

Probably not. You need something booting DS code in the first place (nopass, wifime though I am not sure ique ever got that, some other working DS cart), and the DS options of the Omega family are basically nonexistent (older stuff from EZFlash has/had it), and equally I am not sure what went for flashme on the ique side of things -- the ique quite notably had a larger firmware chip and specialist firmware for it that would mean you probably need a special version of it.
