Install other operating systems in nintendo switch internal storage

Hi there.

I have a bricked switch and I tried multiple times to restore it, but it didn't work,
so I want to know if it's possible to install other operating system in nintendo switch internal storage.

My plan was to combine the partitions (boot0, boot1 and eMMC raw GPP) and install the OS, but the payloads only gave me the option to access them separately.

I did a lot of research and I couldn't find anything about this.

Other alternative is to install android, linux.

you cant really combine them all, since they are accessed a bit differently.
But you could install linux and/or android onto the internal storage, but its needs more manual work, if I remember it correctly, no idea if there is a tutorial.

Get a bigger SD card solved

You can easily flash Android to internel emmc. I have an image for this to flash whit etcher but you need always an SD card to boot Android.
But you can restore hos whit a guide from sthetix. but then playing online is no longer possible.

If you have no keys and no prodinfo backup I can only recommend this guide.

Yes, your switch days for Nintendo is gone. Since it's more or less a frankenstein. You can however play all the games etc via getting them your normal ways. Or dump your cards.

It should still be possible, but I don't really see the point since you can't go online. If you make a custom homebrew to do so you can mount the account system module's save container and just move it over to the Switch that can't go online (assuming both systems are modded). TX were planning to add that feature to SXSM but since they got screwed the feature never got past a crude prototype.

hi, can you send me the link or file to the flashable image and some basic instructions ? i also do not plan to use my Switch original os (horizon os), so its totally fine if thats wiped.

No problem.
This is the image click download it and flash it to your emmc whit etcher. Mount your emmc whit Hekate.
You need the Android boot files on your SD card and the emmc overlay in /switchroot/overlays.

i seem to have a problem when when i mount the emmc, it doesn't show up in file explorer and it says "drive offline" in disk management, however, i was able to select and flash the file in etcher.

using twrp, or are google apps already included with android_emmc.zip? also, which boot files (other than tegra210-icosa_emmc-overlay.zip and uenv.txt)
do I need on the SD card?
