If your Wii U is refusing to read the disc, no amount of Homebrew Wizardry is going to fix it. The problem is either a dirty / damaged disc, dirty ODD Reader(Optical Disc Drive), or the drive is just broken.
If you have no problems foregoing the Disc Drive entirely though, check out either NUSspli or WiiUDownloader to download and install the games digitally.
Anyways, if all you want is a CFW Recommendation, then Tiramisu if you have a specific .ELF file you need to run, otherwise Aroma. You can also install both in tandem.
